How it playsCharge Blade is two weapons in one. In Sword and Shield mode you build energy and guard. Load that energy into phials, then switch to Axe mode and spend them on explosions. Charge your shield and the Super Amped Element Discharge opens up, the weapon’s famous finisher. It’s widely called the most complex weapon in the game.In WildsNew: overcharged phials deal extra damage and make your shield and sword boosts last longer.Savage Axe Slash puts you into Power Axe mode.Its Focus Strike, Double Rend, turns into a chainsaw axe attack and Power Axe mode if it hits a wound.The shield guards, with guard points, Perfect Guard and Power Clash.
