How it playsThe Gunlance is a lance with explosives built in. You guard like a lancer and then fire shells into the monster at point-blank range. Your shelling type depends on the weapon: Normal carries the most shells, Wide carries the fewest but hits hardest, and Long favours charged shells, Wyvern’s Fire and the Wyrmstake.In WildsShelling damage now scales with the weapon’s attack.Wyvern’s Fire has two charges that refill over time.The Wyrmstake comes as the Wyrmstake Cannon, Wyrmstake Full Blast and Multi Wyrmstake Full Blast.Its Focus Strike, Drake Auger, drills into a wound.It can guard, with Perfect Guard and Power Clash.
